Our promise
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund. We want you to love your Alro — if you don’t, returning it is simple.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@getalro.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re returning it. We’ll reply within one business day with simple return instructions.
Condition
Go ahead and open it and try it out. To be eligible for a return, just send it back in its original box with the clamp and stickers it came with. Light, normal use is fine — we only can’t accept items that are damaged or missing parts.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We’ll email you when it’s on the way.

Want a different finish or a replacement? The fastest way is to start a return for a refund and place a new order. Reach out and we’ll help make the swap smooth.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo — we’ll make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.
